Bharat Carriers & Movers Festive Giveaway Contest Rules
Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of India who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bharat Carriers & Movers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period: The contest begins on October 26, 2023, at 09:00 AM IST and ends on November 20, 2023, at 06:00 PM IST. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must visit the official contest landing page at [Canonical URL of the landing page] during the Entry Period and complete the online entry form. The form requires providing full name, valid email address, phone number (optional), city (optional), and indicating how you heard about the contest (optional). All required fields must be accurately filled. Limit one entry per person per email address.
Prizes:
- Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) High-end Smartphone (Model and specifications at the discretion of Bharat Carriers & Movers, approximate retail value ₹50,000).
- Second Prize (1 winner): One (1) Cash Voucher worth ₹10,000.
- Consolation Prizes (5 winners): Each winner receives one (1) ₹1,000 service voucher valid for use on future Bharat Carriers & Movers logistics or relocation services within India (minimum service value may apply, voucher valid for 1 year from issue date).
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on November 25, 2023. Winners will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided in their entry form within 48 hours of the drawing. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Release: By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bharat Carriers & Movers, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.
General Conditions: Bharat Carriers & Movers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest. Bharat Carriers & Movers reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest. The decisions of Bharat Carriers & Movers regarding all aspects of the contest are final and binding.
